Business strategy

The main aim of the business is to be cost effective with strong customer focus and service to complete the work that suits your work life balance ensuring you use AEW  Electrical services again.

Because I focus and  concentrates on small repairs this means i am more flexible and responsive to customers who may need my services at short notice. I carry various spare parts so most jobs can be completed on the first visit if the customer agrees with the cost.

AEW does not use or pay commission to  middlemen lead generator companies. This means I am more cost effective  by not passing their fees  on to the customer ensuring you get the work completed at a fair price so that you will use my services again.  So with no VAT to pay and fixed price quotes  get in touch.

Business summary

With over 30 years experience in building maintenance and fault finding AEW  concentrates and specializes in small jobs that some companies may not see as a priority or urgent so tend to put on the back burner or basically ignore them. This can leave the customer feeling frustrated and neglected leaving them to pay for expensive  nationwide franchise companies.

The feedback AEW gets from customers  is “It is so refreshing to get an electrician who is local and turns up when they say they will at a time and cost that suits my needs”
